QuestMark 5821 Fast Setting Concrete Crack Filler - Two Component 100% Solids Epoxy, Low Modulus Repair for Cement and Concrete Floors, Walls, Steps and Masonry - Quart, Amber Clear

This two component, 100% solids epoxy gel is designed for shallow repair on either vertical or horizontal concrete surfaces. It can be used in a variety of locations which have cracks or defects in concrete and masonry. The fast set time makes this product an ideal quick repair gel when temperatures are between 50 and 90 degrees F. There is no primer required, and no VOC content. Available in an amber clear color only. (Note: This product is not UV color stable and may discolor when exposed to UV light sources.) This product may be overcoated with epoxy or urethane coatings if desired. Directions for use: Clean repair area by removing all dirt, oil, dust or other debris. Ensure that concrete is dry prior to application. Mix equal parts A & B together in an over-sized container until streak free. Apply mixed material with a trowel, putty knife or other flat application tool. For cleanup, use xylol or similar product. See Technical Data Sheet for cure schedule.

• This gel formula can be applied with a trowel, putty knife or other flat application tool. No primer is required. It dries to a semi-transparent, amber clear color, but is not UV stable. It may discolor when exposed to UV light sources.
• At 70 degrees F Pot life of 7-10 minutes; Tack free in 1-3 hours; May be recoated in 10-12 hours; Light foot traffic in 11-13 hours; Full cure (heavy traffic) in 2-7 days.
• This system is a two component 100% solids epoxy gel which is easy to mix and has the consistency of petroleum jelly. It is proudly manufactured in the USA.
