The workshop is scheduled for May 26, 2026, and will be held at University of Piraeus, Piraeus, Greece.

  1. Abstract Requirements:
    1. Abstracts must be 250–350 words, submitted using the provided template.
    1. Include the following sections: Title, Author(s), Affiliation, Abstract (250–350 words), 6 keywords
    1. Use the abstract template provided in this link and submit via the official form.
  2. Presentation Details:
    1. Oral Presentations:
      1. Submit a full paper (4–10 pages, APA Style) and presentation slides by April 30, 2026.
      1. Presentation time: 12 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A.
    1. Poster Presentations:
      1. Posters must be in PDF format, 120×90 cm (vertical layout), and submitted by April 30, 2026.
      1. Include the LIAISE and COST Action logos on the poster.
