- Submit a full paper (4–10 pages, APA Style) and presentation slides by April 30, 2025.
- Presentation time: 12 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A.

- Posters must be in PDF format, 120×90 cm (vertical layout), and submitted by April 30, 2025.
- Include the LIAISE and COST Action logos on the poster.
