Harnessing Collaboration to LIAISE WG2 Objectives
WG2 (Industrial Symbiosis Business Models)’s face-to-face meeting will take place on 17th September at Istanbul Aydin University, Türkiye. This important gathering will focus on key discussions and knowledge-sharing to advance the LIAISE COST Action’s WG2 objectives for the first grant period.
The meeting will begin with registration at 08:00 CET, followed by an opening session where Mr. Hasan Volkan Oral, the WG2 leader, will provide an overview of the LIAISE COST Action and outline WG2’s ongoing activities.
Later, on-site participants will engage in an internal discussion to delve deeper into the WG2 agenda and specific challenges they face in advancing Industrial Symbiosis business models. This offline session is designed to encourage direct exchange among attendees and foster collaborative problem-solving.
The afternoon sessions will shift to online presentations featuring key industry leaders such as Dr. Emrah Alkaya, partner at GTE; Fatih Ersoy, CEO of ERSOPLAST or Dr. Orcun Saf, R&D Manager at Standart Profil.
