The COST Action CA22110 LIAISE is thrilled to announce that the Open Calls for the Third Grant Period are now live!

This year, our Action continues to invest in strengthening networking, collaboration and scientific impact among our members. As part of this commitment, we have increased the total funding available, allocating around €45,000 to support activities that help our community grow and connect.

In addition to our well-established schemes, the Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs), the Inclusiveness Target Countries Conference Grants (ITC CGs), and the Virtual Mobility Grants (VMGs), we are delighted to introduce a new funding opportunity: the Young Researchers and Innovators Conference Grant (YRI CG).

This is the first time LIAISE offers financial support for YRIs to present their work at high-level international conferences. These grants aim to boost visibility, networking, and excellence among early-career researchers across Europe and beyond.

To make the process fair and accessible, there will be four evaluation rounds (cut-offs) for applications β€” except for Virtual Mobility Grants, which are evaluated on a rolling basis:

We strongly encourage applicants to submit their proposals as early as possible, even if the planned activity will take place next year. Early applications will increase your chances of securing funding!
