The second online Management Committee (MC) meeting for the second grant period took place on September 29th, 2025, chaired by Ms. Almudena Muñoz. The session brought together MC members to review the achievements of the second year, assess the budget execution and planning for the next period, and coordinate strategic actions for the upcoming third grant period.

Review of Second-Year Outputs

Participants discussed the progress achieved across the four Working Groups (WGs), highlighting the successful completion of key deliverables, publications, and events. Each WG presented its main results and shared lessons learned from recent collaborations and dissemination efforts. The committee also examined the implementation of grant-funded activities and the alignment of outputs with LIAISE’s overarching objectives.

Budget and Planning for the Next Period

The financial overview of the second grant period was presented, confirming efficient fund utilization and identifying areas for optimization in the upcoming cycle. Adjustments to the budget structure were discussed to better support joint activities, training initiatives, and outreach events planned for the third period.

Preparing for the Third Grant Period

Looking ahead, the MC members outlined a set of priority actions and timelines for the next phase of the Action. These include finalizing pending deliverables, organizing inter-WG workshops, and expanding stakeholder engagement efforts. The committee reaffirmed its commitment to fostering collaboration and ensuring the continuity of progress toward LIAISE’s long-term goals.
