Summary: This Industrial Symbiosis Networking Handbook was developed within the INSET project, co-funded by Erasmus+, to provide practical guidance on how to design, facilitate and sustain industrial symbiosis networking sessions. Coordinated by the Université de Strasbourg with contributions from project partners, it draws on real experiences, field interviews and comparative analysis of networking sessions carried out in France, Spain, Italy and Slovenia. The handbook is aimed at public institutions, clusters, SMEs, facilitators, educators and project developers interested in promoting collaboration between industries and communities. It explains the role of networking in scaling up industrial symbiosis, offers methodological guidance for organising sessions, presents real-life examples, identifies critical success factors and common challenges, and supports the replication of proven models in other regions and sectors.
